2、倡導“任務型”教學,強調課堂上師生互動。
課本增加了讀寫訓練的比重,以便于聽說讀寫的全面訓練。其內容主要反映了學生的日常學習和生活。課本的題材范圍很廣,除了學生的學校生活和家庭生活,還反映了學生的校外活動、勞動、衛生保健、體育運動、節日、尊師愛生、團結友愛、助人為樂的道德風尚。
三、學生情況分析
根據上學期期末考試的情況看,學生的基礎知識掌握不夠扎實。課堂學習積極性較高,回答問題較積極,部分同學能做到自覺完成作業、自覺背誦課文。受學習態度、風氣的影響,刻苦學習之風漸漸稀薄,輕浮之風開始產生,有些學生上課不認真,課后死記硬背,當然大部分學生還是勞逸結合,掌握了科學的學習方法。從學生成績來看,存在明顯不平衡。少數優生優勢不明顯,后進生面較廣,培優補差任務重。學生受當今社會環境影響,厭學情緒嚴重。
四、教學措施和方法
1、轉變思想,更新觀念。若繼續沿用傳統的重語言知識講授、重譯寫和語法教學、輕視語言運用能力的培養,不僅調動不起大多數學生學習英語的積極性,而且也不能充分達到教學目的。
2、采用任務型教學,激發學習興趣。根據初中學生活潑、好動,對新鮮事物充滿好奇的特點,可激發學生的學習興趣,調動其學習積極性,使他們在自覺和不自覺狀態中,開啟“自動學習”的心扉。在教學中,可盡量利用實物、圖片和幻燈等直觀教具進行教學。嗅覺、視覺、聽覺一起參與感知,將實物與英語聯系起來,學生獲得直觀印象后便很快記住了句型和生詞。
3、采用情景教學,創設良好氣氛。在日常教學中,我注意使用情景教學法,以聽說訓練為主導,以課文教學為依托,充分運用現有的教學條件和設備,緊扣教材內容,使教學活動盡可能置于語言情景中去進行,使學生的理解力、記憶力、運用能力處于最佳狀態,并在此基礎上聯想、綜合,進行創造性學習,從而達到掌握和運用語言的目的。運用交際手段,培養學生的能力。絕大部分學生主要是在課堂上學習英語,而在現實生活中缺少語言交際的環境和場所,如何用好科學的教學方法,在有效的時間內使學生生動活潑地學習,我的做法:
(1)精心備課是提高課堂效率的前提。大家都懂得提高45分鐘課堂效率的重要性。而精心備課則是提高課堂效率的前提。認真的備課,會使我們做到胸有成竹,無論是重點、疑點、難點的落實,問題的設計,教法的選擇,都要精心考慮,通盤安排。只有胸中有教材,眼中有學生(因人施教),才能運用自如,得心應手,才能有效提高課堂教學效率。
(2)注重非智力因素開發是提高課堂效率的關鍵。面向全體,全面提高英語教學質量,同時更要注重非智力因素(即信心、興趣和習慣等)的開發,這對后進生尤為重要。因為他們缺乏主觀能動性,學習信心不足,興趣不濃,習慣不好,不肯下功夫背單詞,或方法不妥導致成績差。愛因斯坦說過“興趣是最好的老師”。初中學生精力旺盛,記憶力好,獵奇心強,求知欲高,一般都能學好英語的。關鍵就在我們如何千方百計地激發不同層次學習的學習興趣,如開展多種多樣的口語活動,朗讀比賽,趣味游戲等等。不斷增添學生的新鮮感,激發學習英語的興趣。
(3)上好英語復習課。英語的復習課不是學習內容的簡單重復,而是用新的教學方法在高層次上再現以前學過的內容。由于范圍廣、內容多,授課時間短,所以復習課也要精心備課,將學過的各種語言現象進行系統的歸納、整理、分析。要認真設計課堂教學程序,運用系列化教學,方法要靈活多變,激發學生興趣,點撥分析,鼓勵學生多思考、勤實踐,不能簡單地核對答案,草草了事。切忌濫發講義,將復習課變成“題海”戰場,如要進行模擬訓練,題量也必須限制,質量一定要保證。
